Conferences and Events
Making space for the person behind the experience.
Conferences bring people together to learn, connect, and grow. But between presentations, networking, and full schedules, there is often little time to pause.
Ekaabo Mindfulness offers guided meditation experiences that create intentional moments of stillness throughout the conference day. Whether your event includes an established wellness track or you're introducing mindfulness for the first time, these experiences are designed to help attendees begin with intention, reset, and decompress.
Stay tuned for 2027 bookings.
Mindfulness Throughout the Conference Day
From the first moments of the morning to the close of a full conference day, each guided meditation experience offers an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and return to the present moment.
Explore three thoughtfully designed experiences that meet attendees wherever they are in their day.
Morning Grounding
Begin the day with intention. This guided meditation invites attendees to settle into the present moment and prepare for a full day of learning, connection, and engagement.
The Midday Reset
Pause. Recenter. Continue. A midday meditation designed to help attendees step away from information overload, reconnect with themselves, and approach the remainder of the day with renewed presence.
The Decompression Session
Release the day. A gentle guided meditation that gives attendees an opportunity to unwind, reflect, and transition out of a full conference schedule.

A Moment to Pause. An Experience to Remember.
Sometimes, the most meaningful part of a conference is the opportunity to step away from everything happening around us.

Meet Your Facilitator
My meditation practice began with an internal tug. A quiet but persistent invitation to sit, go deeper, and explore what it might mean to change my life from within.
I listened.
What began as a single 15-minute meditation has grown into a daily wellness practice that has transformed my life in ways I could not have imagined.
That experience continues to shape why I share meditation with others. I believe in creating opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves, listen more closely, and discover what becomes possible when they do.
My professional background in marketing has also shaped how I approach this work. I find myself at the intersection of mindfulness and marketing, with a particular interest in caring for the person behind the work. I understand the demands of busy schedules, competing priorities, and environments that constantly ask for our attention.
My intention is to create welcoming spaces where individuals can pause, reconnect with themselves, and explore meditation without pressure or expectation.
I'm currently completing the practicing phase of my training toward certification as a Trauma-Sensitive Meditation Teacher.
