The Midweek Pause

An invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

In the middle of a busy week, it's easy to move from one responsibility to the next without taking a moment to simply be.

The Midweek Pause is a complimentary weekly virtual meditation gathering designed to create space for stillness, reflection, and reconnection.

Join me every Wednesday for 30 minutes of intentional pause. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, this is an opportunity to step away from the demands of your day and return to the present moment.

There's nothing to achieve, nothing to perfect, and nowhere else you need to be. Simply arrive as you are.

What to Expect

Each gathering includes a brief introduction, a guided meditation, and time for quiet reflection. Sessions are intentionally limited to 10 participants to create an intimate and welcoming environment.

No previous meditation experience is necessary. All you need is a comfortable place to sit and a willingness to be present.

A Note From Aleshia

I'm currently a meditation teacher in training, working toward my certification. As part of this journey, I'm required to facilitate 21 meditation classes.

The Midweek Pause is an opportunity to fulfill this teaching requirement while sharing a practice that has become an important part of my own life.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to create this space, continue growing as a teacher, and welcome you into the experience.

Make Space for Yourself
